Delivery Policy
Delivery is available to select zip codes for an additional charge of $5.
Your floral gift is hand-delivered between 4:00-6:00pm M-F or 10:00-1:00 Sat/Sun.
Please place a separate order for each delivery location.
Floral delivery available to: Powell, Lewis Center, Westerville, Delaware, Worthington, Upper Arlington, Dublin, Hilliard, Grandview, Downtown, Bexley. New Albany.
No-Contact Delivery
We are concerned about everyone’s health and well-being, so we will abide by the No-Contact principle for delivery; the item(s) are left secured at the delivery address. Then a text and/or phone call will be made to the recipient by our driver to notify him/her of the delivery.
Weather
When temperatures are above 75 degrees, your floral gift can wilt. When temperatures are below 35 degrees, your floral gift will freeze. We take the weather into consideration with every delivery; therefore, it may be necessary to leave the floral gift with a neighbor or bring it back to the store, in which case, arrangements will be made with the recipient for one more delivery attempt for no additional cost. If the second attempt fails, the recipient must come to the store and pick up the item(s).
Substitutions
Sometimes a certain flower or color is not available. We will substitute the flower/color with a comparable one that fits the style of the arrangement best.
